How to Make a Mummy out of You

This ancient recipe was developed by Japanese Buddhist monk's because Pokemon had not been invented yet.

First you only eat nut's and seed's you find lying around on the forest floor.

If you don't live in a forest you will need to move to one. Nothing but nut's and seed's for the next 1000 day's.

Second eat only a small amount of bark and root's from a pine tree for a further 1000 day's.

Lastly you will need a small rock cut tomb only big enough to sit upright in the lotus position.

Have a friend help you with the next part .

Seal the tomb and have your friend come back to get you 1000 day's later.

CONGRATULATION'S you have completed your mummy see you in 500 year's
